Singer Pink and her husband Carey Hart are splitting after two years of marriage.

Pink’s publicist tells People magazine, "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

Pink joined People for Ethical Treatment of Animals

PINK has joined forces with animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to try and ban horse-drawn carriages in New York's Central Park. The creature-loving pop punk will appear on billboards across the city, urging New Yorkers and tourists to boycott the traditional mode of transport. She tells the New York Daily News, "Every time I see these horses in New York City, it hurts my heart. "These horses aren't taken care of at all - their hooves are made for grass and they're forced to walk on concrete, and there's fumes from all the Mercedes (traffic in the city), which the horses suck in all day long."
