Swift will perform in Hollywood during a party segment featuring Akon, Natasha Bedingfield, Sean Kingston, OneRepublic, Plain White T's and Black Eyed Peas members Fergie and will.i.am. Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest will host the New York segment of the ABC program.
